Since Elle did a post yesterday on dancing, I thought it would be fun to blog about David doing a little salsa. This is the “now” David. So admittedly, he’s not Gilles nor Cristian, but he’s also not Girlyman! Seriously! 
Not bad. Not bad at all. He’s got a bit of Latin hip action goin’ on. Nice!!! Either he’s done this before or he’s a really fast learner.

First I’d like to KILL the girl that got to dance with him, I’m so jealous! Just kidding. How sweet, he didn’t realise his trouser/pants leg had ridden up. Bless! His body shape/height is perfect for me. I would have made him look taller. Love the black clothes, very sexy. He should wear black shirts more often. This has everything. The laugh, the lovely soft spoken voice and a nice bit of movement!! His hands!! David’s hands are very energetic here, I marvel at those long fingers. Imagine those around your waist. That’s the cleanest thing I can come up with. Oh dear, were there other people in this video?
I shall be watching this several times today. Next to check out Danny plus another for David and so on…

I recognise that Mario guy. He’s quite hot. Did he used to be in Saved By the Bell? My kids loved that show when they were young, around the late 1990’s. It looked a lot older though, say from the late 1980’s or something by the clothes/hairstyles.

I’ve read that Joann has said he was only about 5′4″. Unless he shrunk, I’m not seeing that he’s that tiny. He looks a little taller than Danny here and Danny is 5′7″. Unless Danny is lying too.
Could you see David fast dancing? Well now that we know he’s deathly afraid to get up and dance in social situations, that probably never happens. LOL!!! And yet, he did the PF pretend performing SO WELL. He was so convincing!! I adore him for that. There are a few PF videos I’ve seen where he’s really jammin’. I guess it’s all a matter of context for him.
Yes, that is Mario from Saved By the Bell. He was on Dancing with the stars too. He does have dance experience. Yes, he’s a hottie too. I think he looks better here than in Saved by the Bell.

Just thought you might want to see it. I thought it was very hot. Wow, dancing is so erotic. I’d love to take dance lessons sometime. I did take disco dance lessons when in my late teens with some friends. That was fun.

Yeah, I read what Joann said somewhere. Blooming cheek! she’s supposed to be his mouthpiece so she should big him up, not the other way round. I think David’s is at least 5′7″ or maybe 5′6 1/2 if he’s shrunk a little. I think David looks really hot in that clip. You and me singme both like the older David! I think in the last couple of years he’s had something ‘done’ as his eyes have a funny ‘look’ to them. I wish he wouldn’t succumb to it. I think David would look real sexy with the lines and all. I REALLY really fancied him up to about two years ago. He’s still looks good I guess, but being enhanced does nothing for me. I hope he leaves well alone now.

Ok, notice that the dance instructor wanted to dance w/ Mario and not DC – she knew where the better cougaring was! Mario Lopez was on Saved by the Bell, which a cheesy haircut way back when. I think he did not have a dance background before DWTS, but he became quite the sensation, almost as hot as Gilles. Gilles smolders more manly, Mario has more of a boyish charm. Not getting the old DC lust anymore than the young DC lust, but I guess that means, y’all can duke out w/o me, and I will duke it out w/ others.
BTW, I don’t remember seeing Mario on anything since saved by the bell. he came in 2d on DWTS, and is now all over the place – he’s the host on either E! or Access, or some other celebrity tv show.

I agree, BF, he’s done something lately to his face around the eyes that I don’t care for. He ALWAYS looks like he’s smiling now it seems. I’m not crazy about that. One day I was reading some speculations by experts on the work he’s had done. I was trying to see what they were talking about by comparing older pictures to newer ones, and I couldn’t figure it out. He definitely did something, but WHAT? I don’t know. One of these days I’ll get back to that.
But yes, BF, I love, love, love David’s look from early 40s to early 50s the best. To me that is him at his most sexy – a mature, self-aware man who knows how to kill with his smiles, and still works that magic with those fingers on the guitar. Uh! I’d faint if he smiled that way at me – as if! Of course I think his idol years are the most beautiful, just beyond words for me sometimes as you know. LOL!!!!
Correction: Danny is barely a decade younger.

Hey staingirl kaye/sing me I’ve checked out the video of Gilles and left a comment. It’s a lot hotter than the dancing on our version which is called Strictly Come Dancing. Get Elle to listen to David’s version of Tomorrow. Beautiful, sexy voice with a touch of Rod Stewart’s smoky vocals thrown in. Well, they’ve had Donny on Dancing with the Stars. He’s great and doesn’t take himself too seriously. I’ve seen some clips but we don’t pay for satellite tv amymore so can’t see the US version. Be great to see David on there. I wonder if he would behave himself? Seems Dancing with the Stars/Strictly come Dancing is THE show to expand your profile.
No one around so I’m watching that clip again before it disappears. Don’t worry Elle, you don’t HAVE to like David, each to their own. I do like your taste though. How about Hugh Jackman anyone? He sings, dances and acts!
You girls sure picked a fun name with Staingirls. When I type in to search you should see what else comes up underneath! Geez it’s like porno central. Was going to favourite it but I have to borrow everyone else’s computers, can’t have my own. The family would take one look at your name and think I’ve gone all sleazy or something.
Elle wondered why we seem to be here all hours. I’m on a different time zone so my posts may appear at bizarre times to you. I seem to be in bed when you’re most active, unfortunately.

Gosh, that is not such a good thing about what comes up when we are searched!!! Ugh!!! I know that’s NOT what Elle had in mind, especially considering she wants this to be rated PG. And I think that some immediately wonder about the name, like, “Hmmm. Two middle-aged women. That’s a very interesting name. I wonder what it means exactly.” LOL!!! It’s a bit of a pain on the Google Adsense as well. We thought it would be a great brandable name, and it may be. But for monetizing using things like Google Adsense, it’s maybe not the best name. I hope we can find a way around it. Did you read our About Staingirlz.com tab?

Thanks. I just read your tab. Congrats. to you both and your excellent careers. Don’t worry about the name, I like it. You know the dodgy links only pop up occassionally. I always put David Cassidy into the link. If I type it in full myself the other links are always DC related. If I click the suggestion underneath to save time that’s when occassionally the other weird stuff appears.
I like the name! My son’s studying engineering at University and specialising in computers/electronics so he’d find your job very interesting.
I used to be a personal secretary before I had my children. Since then, I work part-time at my kids’ former primary/elementary school. I used to teach pre-schoolers but now I work with any age up to 11, usually as an assistant to special needs children.
Good morning, British Fan. Thanks!!! I know that we can be whomever we want on the internet, but that is real. Elle, didn’t like that I called myself boring. I was trying to set us up so that she was the more “fun” staingirl and I was the more “serious” one, which is true to some extent. Anyway, after you told me about the stuff that comes up when we get googled, I thought, eek!! I wonder what she thinks we really are, especially after the way I gush over David, and some of my guy-crazy comments. LOL!!!
Congratulations to your son!!! That is so awesome!!! I think combining engineering with computers and electronics is an excellent career choice. It is an ever evolving field that tends to have more job security I think, as well as good pay. Both my sons have a lot of aptitude in math and science. One wants to go into a math intensive engineering field. The other may end up in the music field, perhaps as a sound engineer or something like that. He’s always loved his keyboard.
Bless you for the work that you do with kids!!! It takes an exceptional person to do that kind of work, especially with special needs kids. I bet it’s very rewarding too. I really do love kids, but I’m not sure I could work with them as a career.
Did you see that post on comeongethappy that an apology was issued to the NE? I’m skeptical. Why doesn’t he just put it on his website? The National Enquirer trash magazine???

Oh, I can’t believe I forgot to say this British Fan. The company I work for actually works with a company that has offices in England – I’m not sure where. And some of my co-workers have recently been over there. It may not be such a far-fetched idea that I may be over there one day in the next couple of years. That would be so cool. I’ve never been. Have you been to the States?
Well I haven’t really visited the States, although we would love to soon. I went to Buffalo once, lol, when visiting our cousins in Canada. They live in Brampton, a city near Toronto. Took a trip to Niagara for the day and went over the border to visit some of my uncle’s relatives (he was Yugoslavian). I haven’t been on a plane since 1996, our last Canadian trip. I have an awful fear of flying which I must get over! The turbulance on our last Canadian trip was awful, never thought it could shake so much and stay in one piece! My kids screamed nearly all the way home. No permanent psychological damage, thank goodness.
There are so many places I would love to see in America, don’t know where to go first. Would love to see California, Florida, New England and many others. It such a vast and diverse country! I know my cousins favourite holiday spot is Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. Once they drove there by car, what a journey that must have been!
Well you know one British person now. I’m sure you’d love it, apart from our weather. It’s been raining a LOT recently.
I don’t think those on the cmongethappy site are going to be happy with that somehow. I would say the words in the article came from David’s publicist. I can’t really comment on his actions as we don’t know his real state of mind or how much he’s cushioned from his actions by those who work for him. David has probably moved on. It sort of appears rude and callous to outsiders but I would guess he ‘believes’ events as Joann put out on his webside, rightly or wrongly. I read on cmon site about The Grove. Don’t know when that concert was or anything about it other than he was supposed to have been quite rude to the audience. There was no apology as such then. I don’t see him as the apologising type. I think he just accepts that what happened cannot be changed and looks ahead to the future. He said in his book that if he encounters a brick wall he’ll take a run at it. Maybe, because of his past knocks and disappointments, that’s his particular coping mechanism in life.
Just out of curiosity, I visited DC’s website to see if there are many tickeets available for his concert on 21 November. I looked for availability for two (as if I/we could get there!). There’s nothing available in the main chunk of seating. Only tickets available were the back end of orchestra or seats miles from the stage. Guess that’s not a bad turnout so far. Looking forward to reports of this show and David’s behaviour!

Thanks for that info, British Fan! I was speculating that maybe the change in blame from fans to the show’s producers was an attempt to ameliorate his image with fans so they would buy more tickets. I have a little more info about The Grove I can send you through email.
That was a clever strategy, by the way, BF!! I hadn’t thought to check out my theory by doing that.

Thanks Staingirl Kaye. I wouldn’t mind the Email. I’m trying not to be nosy about it but am very curious. I find him so fascinating with his unpredictable nature and everything. I know you’ve touched on his past issues with his father/experiences and your’re right. These things leave a lasting impression. I’ve seen first hand, through working with some disasdvantaged children how messed up they can become. Sometimes you feel like your getting nowhere, expecially when they have to go home to that environment at the end of each day.
British Fan, I sent you the email a few hours ago so I hope you get it soon. Let me know if not. What it reveals is pretty disturbing.
And thank you for reminding me about one of the reasons why I think I care about him more than I probably should: The abandonment issues with his father and his bout with mental illness that he talks about in his book. Thank you for verifying what I have read is very devastating to children. My own divorce was very, very hard on my kids, even though their father is still in their lives.

Thanks received and replied. I hope those close to DC really try their hardest to help him see sense and get sorted. It must be hard on his son to hear these things (if he hears of them). I’m sure he has a great relationship with David. He should think of Beau before he reacts.
